INSTRUCTION FOR IN ABSENTIA / ONLINE PARTICIPATION

Mode of Participation – In Absentia / Online Participation (Oral Presentation or only attending)

1. Anyone can participate in this category.
2. For In Absentia / Online Participation Registration Fees will be as follows.

   2.1. Undergraduate – Rs. 500/-

   2.2. Postgraduate – Rs. 700/-

   2.3. Research Scholars – Rs. 1200/-

   2.4. Candidates with PhD / Industrialist – Rs. 1500/-

3. Oral Presentation Participants must pre-record and send their presentation along with the copy of PowerPoint Presentation on or before January 26, 2026.
4. The participant will be allotted a specific time for 1^st February 2026.  They should be available for question -and-answer sessions online.
5. Any participant registering in this category will be provided with a certificate at the address mentioned in registration form, after completion of the symposium.

Text : Typed in MS Word, with single space and justified
Font : Times New Roman only
Abstract Title : Font size 14 pt, bold and caps.
Author Name : Font size 12 pt, bold [First author is requested to write co-authors name,

all co-authors (except research guide) should be registered]

Address: Font size 12 pt Italics
Subject Content : Font size 11 pt, normal, justified

Publication
• Proceedings of the symposium will be published as a Book with ISBN, and it will be also
uploaded and made available online at https://ss.christcollegerajkot.edu.in
• Format for full length paper is available on College website.
• Last date for receiving full length paper: January 26, 2026

Paper in Absentia
Those who are not able to attend the symposium because of some unavoidable
circumstances and wish to submit their paper in absentia can send their full length paper by
January 26, 2026. Papers submitted in absentia shall be eligible for publication, if selected by
the review committee.

Same fee will be charged for co-authors as well as accompanying persons. The co-
authors who are not attending the symposium will be treated as the paper in absentia.
